We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, ingredients, sizes, concentrations, packaging, pricing, and availability. Natural fruit products may vary in color, flavor, consistency, sweetness, tartness, or appearance from one crop or production lot to another.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by a material error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We may limit quantities purchased by an individual, household, account, address, or reseller.

Shipping dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only as described in that policy and is subject to its exclusions.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

Some products may be offered through recurring purchase or subscription programs. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe.

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancellation applies to future subscription orders and does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
